We accept cashiers check/money order, paypal (non-credit card transfers), cash, and credit cards ONLY. All Sales are final, no exceptions. We don't want to waste your time, please don't waste ours.
Please be reasonable in your expectations. FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE:
Payment must be made within 10 business days or less.
Acceptable forms of payment include: checks, money orders, cash, credit card, bidpay & paypal. If paying by personal check, please allow 10 business days for the check to clear before the product is shipped out. For all other payments, the product is shipped within 48 hours after receipt. INSURANCE will be $1.50 extra for items insured for less than $50.00. If you'd like to insure higher, please email us letting us know. If the buyer chooses not to insure the product, we cannot be held accountable for Post Office mishandling.

As with any item, it is sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Please follow standard post auction Rules. Contact should be made within 3 business days of the close of auction. Payment (US Currency) should be received within 10 business days of the close of auction.

Those wishing to have your merchandise shipped:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Any claims arising from shipping or damage are between buyer and shipping company. Legends will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
If you are truly worried about your product becoming damaged due to shipping, we highly recommend you purchase the insurance option offered to you from our email.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier and holidays, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the merchandise is mailed.
We drop merchandise off to be mailed each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the morning (except for holidays).
